Description - Adorable 3D dog cardigan that is dated 2000. It is black with the dogs along the bottom hem and on the sleeves. It buttons up the front with a scoop neck. The sleeves seem to be a bracelet length. It has shoulder pads but they are very thin and don't really add any bulk. They are attached in just 2 spots so you could easily remove them if desired.
