1970s Seed Stitch Knitted High Waisted Bloomer, Baby Blue Brief Shorts

Description -  Soft knitted bloomer shorts or diaper cover.  My daughter is 4 and these fit her well as high waisted brief shorts.

Brand - Unknown, the only label is a care label

Content - I think they are acrylic 

Size - approximately 3t based on how they fit my daughter, but maybe could fit smaller if the child is in a diaper

Waist - 7.5" across, stretches to 11"

Hips - approx 9.5" across

Rise - 9.25"

Outseam - 7"

Leg Opening - 5" across, stretches to 7.5"

Condition - I don't see any flaws
