Brand - No labels. I believe this was handmade

Size - M/L (it was clipped on the mannequin in the photos)

Waist - 15" across, stretches to 22" across

Hips - 29" across but your hips must fit through a 44" waist because there are no openings

Length - 38.5"

Condition - I don't see any holes or stains. The waist is sewn slightly off in the back (see photos)
