Description - This is a sample that I received in 2003 when I was working in the Betsey Johnson design office one time when they were clearing out old styles. It was not a current style at the time and I'm not sure if it ever went into production. I'm not 100% sure what year it was made but it would have been the late 90s or early 2000s. It's a very cute skirt pieced together to hug the hips but flip out at the bottom. The hem is shorter in the front than the back. There is a side zipper. The fabric has stretch
