1990s Indian Inspired Mini Skirt, Drawstring Waist, Size M/L

Description - Thin and sheer mini with a drawstring waist. The cords have little charms on them that make a tiny noise when jingled

Brand - Unsure - no labels present 

Size - M/L

Waist - 16” across, stretches to 20” - there is a draw string so you can draw it in. That’s what I did for the photos. It’s on a size small mannequin. 

Hips - open but there is no opening so you will need to be able to fit your hips or chest through a 40” waist hole 

Length - 19”

Condition - I don’t see any flaws. The elastic waist might be slightly stretched out but it does still have some give.
