Description - Red and green plaid prairie style western blouse from the 80s. It has ruffles with white lace trim. The same lace trim is on the petite peter pan collar and along the edge of the sleeve. There is a large ruffle along the hem that hangs longer in the back. There is an attached tie that ties in the back to cinch the waist in.

Waist - 14.75" (but you can cinch it in smaller with the tie)

Sleeves - 25" from shoulder seam
Condition - I don't see any holes or stains but elastic in the sleeves is stretched out.
