Brand - The tag is cut out but I recognize it as a Sunday Comics t-shirt.
Size - It could fit up to a large but I think it is meant to fit sort of oversized/slouchy so it's probably meant for a Small-Medium. Check the measurements to insure fit

Condition - There is the start of a pin size hole on the front. it has a little bit of pilling from wear and wash.
