Description - Lightweight shirt dress from the 80s. It has buttons up the front of the bodice and elastic in the waist. The waist does not open up so keep that in mind. It has shoulder pads but they are attached in a way that you could easily cut them out if you don't want them.

Belt - fits waist sizes 32.5-35.5 with 3 options in between
Condition - I don't see any flaws on the dress but the belt has some damage. There are some creases in it and on the back side there is some peeling.
