Description - 80s does 40s black dress with silver sparkle floral print. It has dramatic puffed sleeves. It pulls over your head with no openings. It comes with a silver belt. I suspect it's not original to the dress but it was with it when I purchased it so I decided to include it.

Condition - I don't see any holes or stains on the dress. There is a little bit of wear to the belt though.
