Description - Black knit knee length pencil skirt with a full peplum. It is high waisted and zips up the back.

Hips - approximately 17.5" across, stretches to 22"

Length - 25.25" (peplum is 9.5" long in the front and 10.25" long in the back)

Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
