Description - Black 80s blouse with off white lace inserts. It has buttons up the front (all but the top are covered by a flap) and there are side buckles on both sides to cinch in the waist. There are 2 small chest pockets. It is embellished with silvertone studs, pearls, and rhinestones. The lace is not backed with anything so you can see your skin through the holes in the lace.

Chest - approximately 19" across but it has batwing sleeves that kind of open up the chest so it might fit a larger chest than this

Sleeves - 28" from neckline
Condition - I don't see any holes or stains but I noticed that there are velcro strips in the shoulders so it originally came with shoulder pads that are no longer here.
