1970s Velvet Pants, 31x32, City Appliqué, Flare Leg, Sniggin Piggin?

Description - Amazing early 70s rock and roll velvet applique flare leg pants that I believe are made by Sniggin Piggin. These unfortunately have no tags in them but they look like the pants they made and the interior construction looks identical to photos I found of their pants. They zip up the front and secure with a hook and bar.
