Description - Layers of sheer flowey fabric top from the 70s trimmed with ribbons. It has open kimono inspired sleeves. I'm not sure which side was meant to be the front but I think it works in either direction. One side has pointed layers of fabric with a flower patch sewn in the center. The other side has a strategically placed tie.
