Content - I'm not exactly sure what to call this fabric. I think it velour but it's not stretchy so maybe there is another name for it.
Size - approximately a modern Small but please check all measurements to ensure fit

Hips - approximately 22.5" across
Length - 32", 15.5" bodice
Condition - I don't see any holes or stains but it's possible it was shortened.
