1970s Rust Hooded Maxi Dress, Size S/M

Description - 70s hooded sleeveless maxi dress. It is fitted in the chest but very flowy below. It zips up the back.

Content - 100% Nyesta Nylon

Size - Labeled Size 11/12

Shoulders - 13.75" across

Chest - 17.5" pit to pit, stretches to 19.5"

High Waist - approx 16" across but it's supposed to fit loose in this area

Hips - approx 28" across 

Length - 60"

Condition - New with tags, I don't see any flaws
