Waist - smaller option - 14.5” measured flat - stretches to 17.25”; on loser option - 17.75” - stretches to 21.5”
Hip - smaller option - approximately 17.5” measured flat (the design allows it to spread so I think it could work for slightly larger hips)
Length - 15.5”
Condition - The only flaw I see is a little mark in the fabric that to me looks like a printing flaw
