Content - It's a synthetic. The sleeves feel like nylon to me. The rest of the dress is maybe a poly/nylon blend? I'm not 100% sure
Size - approximately a modern XS but please check all measurements to ensure fit

Sleeves - 23.5" from shoulder seam
Waist - 14.25" across but you can cinch it in as small as you need with the attached belt
