Description - Navy blue, red and green plaid poncho from the 60s. . There is fringe sewn on the hem. It just pulls over your head.

Size - I'm a modern medium and it does fit me but I don't think I'd recommend it for anyone larger
Shoulders - They aren't completely defined but it is shaped with a slight curve at the shoulders and at that point it's approximately 14.75" across
Width - approximately 29" across in the chest area
Side Length - 27" from neckline
Center Length - 19.5" from neckline
Condition - I found 2 little thread pulls in the back and because of the way the fabric is backed I didn't know how to pull them through. I don't think they are very noticeable though.
