Description - 70s elastic waist skirt in a fun horse novelty print. It says Cyrk throughout and I discovered that is Polish for circus. There are belt loops on both sides of the waistband but it does not come with a belt.

Size - approximately a modern XL but please check measurements
Waist - 18.5" across, stretches to 24"
Hips - approx 29" across
Length - 35"
Condition - I don't see any flaws and the elastic is still springy
