1970s Kennington Men's Seersucker Shirt, Size Large, Cream Boho Hippie

Description - 70s boho men's shirt with a band collar and wooden buttons. The fabric is a thin seersucker stripe. There is yarn stitched down in a floral design.  It's kind of a soutache style but I'm not sure what this technique is called.
