1970s Hawaiian Floral Maxi Dress, Long Sleeve Shirt Dress, Royal Palm Hawaii Size Small

Description - Bright tropical floral Hawaiian maxi dress from the 70s. It's a long sleeve shirt dress style. The print has a diagonal rainbow stripe. The buttons are only functional down to the hips. The buttons below that area do not actually open. There are pockets on both side seams, and it comes with a matching tie belt.

Condition - I don't see any holes or stains but this dress appears to have been altered by a previous owner. There is a dart in the center back to make it more fitted that I do not think is original.
