Brand - The tag totally faded when I washed it but it did say Fruit of the Loom 

Size - Measures like a modern small but it is very stretchy so I think it could fit larger

Chest - 17" pit to pit but it easily stretches to 25"

Length - 26"

Condition - I found a small spot and a pin size hole both on the front. There is some pilling
