Description - Green velvet cottagecore skirt from the 70s with floral illustration panels. It zips up the back and there are 2 inseam pockets. There are buttons on the inside of the waistband so I'm wondering if it used to have another part that attached.

Size - Labeled Size 10 but approximately a modern XXS/XS so please check all measurements to ensure fit

Condition - I found one light spot on the back There are 4 marks on the waist band from being on a hanger for many years. I am not exactly sure if this is something that can be reversed or not.
