Description - Simple but elegant black maxi dress from the 70s. The neckline is a drawstring and it ties at both shoulders so this makes it fairly adjustable. I just gathered it up to fit my mannequin which is smaller but this is actually a plus size dress. I used a black ribbon to show how it would look to have the waist cinched in for the photos but it does not come with a belt.
