Description - This mod micro mini dress is a bit of a wounded bird but it's too cute to not be worn. It buttons halfway down the front. There is an attached tie belt. It has a large white scalloped peter pan collar.

Size - Small-Medium petite (I am 5'6" and this was way too short on me in the back without a bloomer but I think it could work for someone much shorter)
Shoulders - 13.5" across
Chest - 18" pit to pit, stretches to 19.5"
Sleeves - 7"
Waist - 15" across, can be cinched in to desired size with the belt
Hips - approx 28" across
Length - 29.25" (belt is placed 13-14" down from shoulder seam)
Condition - There are a number of pin holes in the skirt that have been mended. There is fading throughout the fabric. The stitching was done in an odd color that doesn't seem appropriate. I'm not sure if it is homemade or maybe someone modified it at some point.
