Description - Bright psychedelic floral maxi dress from the late 60s or early 70s. It has a black velvet bodice with a scoop neck and long sleeves and a neon pink corset waist. It laces up and ties at the waist so you can cinch it in smaller if needed. It has a metal zipper up the back. The bodice is lined but the skirt is not.
