1970s Black and White Polka Dot Maxi Dress, Puszta Size XXS, Lace Cut Outs

Description - 70s prairie goth dream dress with a lace cut out at the waist. Note that there is no fabric backing behind the lace. The lace is also along the shoulders and neckline. It zips up the back. The skirt is lined.

Hips - approx 20.5" across

Length - 58.25" (15.25" bodice, 43" skirt)

Condition - I don't see any flaws
