Size - Labeled Size Large but could work for modern XS-Medium depending on your hip size so please check the measurements to ensure fit 

Waist - 11.5" across, stretches to 19.5"

Hips - open but you'll need to be able to pull it over your hips to put it on. 

Length - 18.5"

Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
