Condition - I dont' see any holes or stains. I found a slight sewing flaw. On the zipper there is a small area where the flap doesn't fully cover the zipper. There is a ribbon sewn on the inside for stabilization and there are a couple of tears in that ribbon. This does not affect wear though and it can't be seen on the outside of the dress.
