Description - Sheer pastel dress or maybe nightgown. I looked up the RN number on the tag and it belongs to Dor-Sal of California which seems to have made women's clothing, but not lingerie. So maybe this originally had another layer? It would be cute over a slip or lingerie. It secures with 1 button at the neck.
