1960s Rikma Red Keffiyeh Caftan Dress, Size Small, Angel Sleeves
1960s Rikma Red Keffiyeh Caftan Dress, Size Small, Angel Sleeves
Description - This is a rare beauty designed by Rozi Ben Yosef for Rikma in Israel. I found a photo on the Israel Museum website from 1967 with a woman wearing a very similar dress made from the same fabric so I'm guessing this one is from that year as well. It's a breezy cotton. The neckline splits open and secures with a hook and eye. There is also a cord attached that has large glass beads at both ends. It has angel wing sleeves with little pom poms. The pom poms also go down both sides.
