Description - Navy blue polka dot drop waist dress with little 3-D white and red arches throughout. It has a tie in the front of the neck that you can tie into a bow. It zips up the back and the skirt has pleats. It comes with a matching tie belt so you can wear it either as a drop waist dress or cinch it in at the waist with the belt. There are no belt loops so it looks fine without it. When I was researching the brand I saw the name mentioned as being carried at Lane Bryant and other plus size stores in the 60s and 70s.
