Description - This is the cutest rain bonnet from the 60s! It has a cord that has a little plastic piece so you can secure it under your neck so the hat does not fall off.

Brand - The tag is missing but I had another one that had a Fran's Original label so this one is most likely that brand as well
Content - It's clear plastic lined with a netting and in between the 2 layers there are flat flowers.
Size - I think this would work on a lot of heads. I'm not exactly sure how to measure it but it's approx 9.5" across in the top arc
