Content - It's clear plastic lined with a netting and in between the 2 layers there are flet flowers.
Size - I think this would work on a lot of heads. I'm not exactly sure how to measure it but it's approx 9.5" across in the top arc
Condition - excellent - it doesn't look like it's even been used
