Description - This is the cutest rain bonnet from the 60s!

Brand - Unknown
Content - It's clear plastic lined with a netting and in between the 2 layers there are flet flowers.
Size - One Size Fits most - I'm not really sure how to measure it but the green trim measures 32" around
Condition - There are a couple of rogue red specks from the flowers. You might be able to pull them through the mesh but I didn't have time to mess with it. There is a faint scuff on the top
