Description - This is the cutest rain bonnet from the 60s with little felt strawberries with sequins. It has a cord so you can secure it under your neck so the hat does not fall off.

Content - It's clear plastic lined with a netting and in between the 2 layers there are felt flowers.
Size - I think this would work on a lot of heads. I'm not exactly sure how to measure it but it's approximately 5.5" across the top and 18.25" across the bottom. The back seam measures 10.75"
