Description - Sleeveless black velvet maxi dress from the 60s with metallic gold and red ribbon trim. It zips up the back as well as between the 2 pieces of ribbon down the rront. You can unzip the front zipper up to the waist. You could wear it unzipped with shorts, bloomers, or pants underneath. I think there were probably coordinating bottoms sold by the manufacturer as well.

Condition - There are some minor "scuffs/folds/scratches" in the velvet which you see in pretty much all vintage velvet items. I steamed it from the backside and it smoothed most of it out. I don't see any holes or stains.
