1960s/70s Green and Blue Striped Skirt with White Polka Dots, Nelly de Grab Size XS-Medium

Description - Striped polka dot skirt from the late 60s or early 70s. It has an elastic waist with no openings. There is a 16.75" side slit on the left side. It comes with a shiny white belt that was with it when I purchased it from the original owner.

Size - Labeled Size 8, approximately a modern X-Small-Medium but please check measurements to insure fit

Waist - 10" across, stretches to 18.5" (belt fits 24.5"-30" waist)

Hips - approx 22.5" across

Length - 35.5"

Condition - There are a couple of areas where the colors look slightly faded. I found one tiny spot.
