Description - Blue and white swirly polka dot drop waist sleeveless romper dress from the late 60s or early 70s. I'm leaning towards 60s though because it has a metal zipper up the back. Jaree called these pant dresses in the ads that I found. There are flaps in both the front and back that covers up the shorts.
