Description - Soft baby pink cotton 2 layer petticoat style midi length half slip with strips of white lace, flat at the top and full at the bottom

Waist - 11.25" across, stretches to 18"

Hip - 20" across but I don't think it will fit someone with hips bigger than 36" because of the waist size

Length - 26.5" 

Condition - I don't see any stains or holes and the elastic is still good
