Description - Navy blue floral sundress from the late 70s or early 80s. It has elastic in the top back of the bodice and in the waist. There are buttons in the front of the bodice but the waist does not open up . It comes with a matching tie belt. The straps button in the back so you can wear as a halter instead if you'd like.
